Here is what the current Printumi application does—and does not—store in your browser. There are no application cookies, advertising tags or audience-analytics scripts in this version.

1. Scope and current position

This policy is intended for Printumi at printumi.com.

This policy covers the current Printumi application, including its seven tools, Contact form and original workbench. It should be read with the Privacy Policy. The application does not currently set cookies or use analytics, advertising tags, social-media embeds or cross-site tracking.

Cloudflare Pages hosts the public website. The inventory below covers Printumi’s application and its current hosting configuration. No optional tracking or third-party CAPTCHA is enabled.

2. What cookies and similar technologies do

A cookie is a small value stored by a browser for a website and, when its rules allow, sent with later requests. Cookies can be limited to a session or kept for a longer period, and can support functions such as sign-in, preferences or tracking.

Other technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, pixels and identifiers used to recognize a device. Privacy and storage rules can also concern technologies other than cookies. Calling a tool “cookie-free” does not, by itself, mean that it processes no information.

3. Current technology inventory

Application cookies: None set or read. No cookie names, providers or expiration periods apply in the current application.
Analytics and advertising: None installed. No Google Analytics, AdSense, advertising pixels or marketing identifiers are loaded.
Saved preferences and document history: No application use of localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. No saved account session, document history or consent-preference record. An unfinished contact message and its retry reference stay in page memory only; reloading or closing the page discards them.
Service workers and application-managed caches: None registered. The application does not install an offline cache or background synchronization worker.
Temporary page memory: Used to read chosen files, calculate sizes, display previews and create exports. It is used for the requested tool operation, not to recognize visitors across sessions.
Temporary object URLs: Local browser references used for images, downloads and printable PDFs. They are not remote upload addresses or tracking cookies. Download references are normally revoked after about one minute, or about five minutes for a PDF opened for printing.
Ordinary HTTP cache: The browser may cache site pages, scripts, fonts and similar resources. Lifetime depends on the host’s cache headers and your browser. The tools do not place selected documents into an application-managed HTTP cache.
Hosting cookies and security storage: The current application has no hosting cookie requirement and no embedded security challenge. Cloudflare may apply security measures to suspicious requests. If a challenge is introduced, its storage behavior will be reviewed and this inventory updated. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.

4. File selection, rendering and clipboard

When you choose an image or PDF, you ask the browser to make that file available to the tool. Canvas rendering, PDF decoding and local file references support the operation you requested. They are not used to build a device fingerprint or marketing profile.

The Copy action writes measurements to the clipboard only when you choose it. Download and Print use your browser and operating system. These actions are separate from accepting optional tracking and may leave files or history on your device under its settings.

Submitting the Contact form sends its fields to the contact service. A random reference helps avoid duplicate records when retrying, and a daily-changing IP hash supports server-side rate limits. These are not advertising identifiers or cookies. The form currently uses no embedded CAPTCHA or third-party script. See the Privacy Policy for contact data and retention.

5. Your controls

You can block or delete cookies using your browser’s site-data settings. The current tools do not rely on application cookies, so blocking them should not prevent the calculator and local export functions.
You can clear cached site resources. The browser will need to load them again on your next visit.
You can clear selected files in a tool or close the page to end the working session. Browser memory release may occur later; it is not a secure-erasure feature.
You can remove downloaded files, clear clipboard history or cancel print jobs using the relevant device controls. Clearing cookies alone does not remove those items.
Disabling JavaScript prevents the local tools from running. The policy pages can still be read without JavaScript.

Settings vary between browsers. Private browsing can limit some local history, but it does not make requests invisible to a website host or your network provider.

This build has no optional analytics or advertising integration to enable, so it does not display an “Accept all” banner or store a consent cookie. There is no hidden tracking setting to opt out of and no nonfunctional consent button.

If optional storage or tracking is introduced, its purpose, provider and lifetime must first be explained, and an appropriate choice offered before activation wherever consent is required. Refusing optional tracking must not be treated as agreement, and withdrawal should be as straightforward as giving consent. Adding a host requires checking its behavior too; the absence of a banner is not a general legal exemption.

7. Privacy signals and external links

The current application performs no sale, advertising sharing or cross-site tracking for a browser privacy signal to disable. It does not claim to interpret Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control through a special preference mechanism. Any future integration must be assessed against applicable signal and opt-out requirements before it is enabled.

Following a text link to an external website subjects that visit to the other site’s cookie choices. Printumi does not embed those external websites, videos or social widgets into its tools.

8. Updates and contact

This inventory must be reviewed when the site is deployed or its integrations change. A later analytics or advertising decision does not retroactively authorize tracking under this version. The date at the top will be updated when the policy changes.
