A file that fits
the job.

Choose a tool, enter the finished dimensions, check the preview, and select a download format. Every tool runs locally and every export is free.

Pixels, physical size and PPI

Pixels ÷ PPI = inches; inches × 25.4 = millimeters. A 3,000 × 2,400 px image covers 10 × 8 in at 300 PPI. Pixel dimensions round to the nearest whole pixel. Use the requested dimensions when placing a PNG or JPEG: image viewers may assume another default PPI. PDF pages store physical dimensions directly.

Effective PPI measures source pixels at their placed size. It does not prove sharpness. Enlarging an output canvas resamples the original and cannot recover missing detail. Printer DPI describes ink dots and is different from image PPI.

Size and bleed templates

An A4 trim with 3 mm bleed needs a 216 × 303 mm canvas, or 2,551 × 3,579 px at 300 PPI. Red lines show trim; green lines show the safe content area. SVG and PDF templates keep these visible guides. Replace them with artwork before producing a finished print.

Image crop and placement

Drag the crop box to move it and the bottom-right corner to resize. Use the X, Y, width and height fields for keyboard precision. Coordinates refer to the image after rotation and mirroring. Choose a fixed crop ratio or free cropping. Fit keeps the selected crop with space around it; fill covers the output and crops excess equally from opposite sides. Circle exports have a square canvas: PNG preserves transparent corners; JPEG and PDF use white. Ordinary image downloads contain no guide lines.

Wall art bundles and batches

Choose the ratios or a custom size and build the review list. Select fit or fill for each output and confirm every item. Changing settings requires a new review; changing placement requires confirmation again. The ZIP includes images, a JSON dimensions manifest and a readable success/failure list. Filenames have unique numbered prefixes. A partial ZIP is explicitly named PARTIAL and reports missing images.

Labels and photos on blank sheets

Upload designs in the required print order and give each a quantity. The layout compares two uniform rectangle orientations and chooses the one that fits more. With 10 mm margins and 3 mm gaps, 50 × 30 mm rectangles fit 25 on A4 when rotated. Layouts continue across pages. Circles use the width as their diameter. Artwork is prepared at 300 PPI; the results warn about low-density originals. Offsets move the layout within the selected margins. SVG export of multiple sheets is a ZIP. This tool does not match pre-cut branded stock or mix orientations within a sheet.

Tiled posters

Choose finished millimeters or a grid. Printable tile width is paper width minus twice the margin. Each adjacent tile starts one tile width minus the overlap farther across. For a 2 × 2 A4 grid, 10 mm margins and 5 mm overlap, the finished size is 375 × 549 mm. Exact-size layouts clip the final row and column to the requested size. The preview and PDF use the same millimeter geometry.

Print single-sided at 100%. Trim along the outlines, then align repeated artwork in adjacent overlap areas. The assembly guide numbers sheets in reading order. The calibration page has a 50 mm square; measure between line centers. Cutting marks and page numbers require at least 5 mm margin.

PDF pages and saddle-stitch booklets

Page numbers refer to the combined uploads in file order. Enter a selection such as 3,1,5-8; descending ranges and repeated pages are allowed. Merge preserves displayed crop dimensions and source rotation. Resize and N-up fit each page inside the chosen sheet margin without stretching. Text and vectors are embedded as PDF page content, not screenshots.

An 8-page left-bound booklet exports 8|1, 2|7, 6|3, 4|5. Incomplete booklets are padded to a multiple of four. Print landscape, duplex, short-edge flip, and test-fold one copy first. The right-binding option reverses each pair. Booklet creep compensation is outside this tool’s scope.

Only static PDF page content is retained. Forms, annotations, signatures, attachments and actions are omitted; encrypted files are rejected. A PDF containing only annotations may produce a blank static page. The preview does not execute PDF scripts or follow links.

KDP paperback planning

Choose one of five supported trims, paper/ink type and interior page count. Odd counts round up to even. The calculator enforces the documented trim-specific page limits and computes cover spread, spine and gutter. Interior templates are separate left and right reference pages. Templates must be redesigned before publication and checked against the official KDP cover template.

Specifications checked September 8, 2026: paperback cover setup and submission and page-count rules. The dedicated cover page supplies the standard-color spine factor. Scope is Amazon.com paperback planning, with no hardcover or marketplace-wide eligibility claim.

Resource limits

These are per-task protection limits, not usage quotas. Devices may run out of memory below the limits. Split the task or lower the requested output dimensions/PPI if needed; the tool never silently scales down an exported image. Batch tasks run sequentially. Cancel stops after the current processing step and prevents a new download; already saved files remain on your device.

Download and print

Download PDF creates a file directly. You do not need a print dialog to save it. Print remains available for physical output. Use actual size / 100%, choose the matching paper, disable headers and footers, and check printer hardware margins. The PDF tool opens its printable PDF in a new tab. For more than 100 layout pages, download the PDF and print that file.

The original three-tool workbench remains available with its original SVG and print behavior and smaller legacy limits. New direct exports are in the seven tool pages.

These files are not CMYK/ICC conversions, PDF/X-certified production files or color proofs. Follow the print provider’s specifications.
